DSers integrates with suppliers who use popular carriers, including AliExpress Standard Shipping, ePacket, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, among others.
Some suppliers may offer multiple shipping options, giving store owners flexibility in choosing the best carrier for their customers.

4. Customs & Duties
Customs Fees: Depending on the country to which the product is being shipped, customs duties and taxes may apply. DSers does not cover these costs and it is the responsibility of the buyer or store owner to handle any customs fees or taxes that may arise.
International Shipping: For international orders, customers may experience longer delivery times and possible customs delays.

5. Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Store owners can use the DSers platform to track the status of their orders, and customers can also track their packages using the tracking number provided.
It may take a few days for tracking information to be updated after the order is shipped, depending on the shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, DSers recommends reaching out to the supplier or the shipping carrier directly for resolution. Some suppliers may offer replacement products or refunds depending on the circumstances.
It's also important to note that DSers does not directly handle claims for lost or damaged shipments; this would be managed by the supplier or carrier.
